MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has already identified the perpetrators of the September 26 blast in front of the De La Salle University (DLSU) on Taft Avenue, Manila, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said Monday.
De Lima also said the NBI is now pursuing just one angle behind the explosion that injured scores of law students during the last day of 2010 Bar examinations.
However, De Lima refused to name the suspects pending their arrest. “Unfortunately, we cannot yet disclose anything because there is ongoing operation,” she said
