Derek Ramsay affected by cancer rumor, clears issue linking him to Erich Gonzales

One of the rumors regarding the hunk actor Derek Ramsay is that he has a cancer. This recent issue really affected Derek.

"Actually, the only one that really affected me was the cancer issue," Derek said.

"Not because dahil sa akin, kasi alam ko namang walang cancer.

"I was flying to Zurich [Switzerland] with KC [Concepcion], Matteo [Guidicelli], and Bugoy [Drilon]...

"Pagdating ko sa airport, that's the first time na nalaman ko na may cancer ako.

"Nabigla ako kasi tatlong Derek Ramsay ang nasa pamilya namin.

"So, when they told me, first, I laughed about it.

"Noong nasa eroplano na ako, hindi ako mapakali.

"Timing lang, my dad, nagpunta sa hospital, nagpa-checkup".

Derek Ramsay acknowledge the fact the as a "hot star" it is inevitable to be a subject of such controversy.

What Derek Ramsay have said regarding the issue with Erich Gonzales?

"I guess now... Sa umpisa, I didn't believe that.

"I strongly believe that it's there," sabi niya.

So, ngayon, naniniwala na siya na kasama sa pagiging sikat na artista ang intriga?

"Yes, it's non-stop," sagot ni Derek.

"Kami ni Angel [Angelica Panganiban, his girlfriend], we're working and we're blessed with a lot of work right now.

"Parang the more work we have, the more we're blessed.

"Parang kapag may oras kami na wala kaming trabaho, we have time for one another, parang timing naman, wala kaming intriga."
