PR 10 sites dowgraded to PR9 or PR8, Google.com no longer PR10

While checking if there's any PR update happening in January 2012, what I've found out is that those PR10 sites were no longer enjoying the supremacy of PageRank 10, instead they were at PR 9 or PR8.

My reference is a list of PR10 sites maybe made 2 or 3 years ago. Now (January 5, 2012), as I individually checked those listed sites, I've found out that they are no longer PR 10.

4. Youtube = PR 9
5. Live = PR 9
6. Wikipedia = PR 9

5. froogle.google.com = PR 10 to PR 8
6. news.google.com = PR 10 to PR 8
7. Intel = PR 10 to PR 8
8. Keio University = PR 10 to PR 9
9. Microsoft = PR 10 to PR 8
10. NASA = PR 10 to PR 9
