Symphony Within My Heart

Lately, I was busy in updating this blog with stuffs pertaining to games and I forgot the other side of this blog - the music part. Music plays a great part of my life. I can still remember the first time I composed a song - a song dedicated to my first crush way back in high school. The title of the song is "Panaginip Lamang"(Only A Dream). I cannot forget the melody as well as the lyrics of the song. And here's another special song that I composed last February 2007. The song was posted as a poem in www.poemhunter.com(just search: Symphony Within My Heart).

Symphony Within My Heart

The night is cold
The sky is dark
The sun won't shine
and no more rainbows in the sky

My life was so empty
And there's no smile in my face
My life has no direction
But you bring the compass
In my life

CHORUS:
You are the answer
Of all the questions
In my mind
You bring definition
Of the words that were unknown
You bring back the colors
In my life
And now there's symphony that's playing
Within my heart

I forgot all the notes
Of the music that I used to play
As well as the words
The song intends to say
But suddenly you came
And bring back the beat of music
In my life
(Repeat CHORUS)

Finale:
Symphony that's playing
Within my heart

I wish I can record this song in a recording studio as my personal collection of my song compositions.

If you are a lyricist or a music lover, you may suggest or comment regarding the lyrics of the song.
