I am very thankful to Globe SUPERSURF50 because i can save money in using the internet. Before, i was spending more than P100 a day just to surf in the internet. But with this new feature of Globe Broadband Tattoo, internet user can access the internet unlimited for one day.
How to Register in Globe Supersurf50?
To be able to avail this promo, you can load your Globe broadband SIM with a regular P60 load. Then text: SUPERSURF50 and send it to 8888. An automated message coming from Globe will inform you that you are now registered to Globe Supersurf50.
Happy browsing the internet or updating your blog with this new Globe promo. I do hope that Globle SUPERSURF50 will be a forever feature of Globe Tattoo broadband. This is very useful for those who do not have direct access to landline internet connection like DSL.

Globe Supersurf50 is NOT UNLIMITED!!!
ReplyDeleteContrary to its claim that Globe Supersurf50 is an unlimited service, the service is actually LIMITED. Do not be fooled. Your internet connection will stop downloading at 1gb and you will receive the message below (see image attachment). The message says: “Globe Advisory: Your account has reached 1GB in usage today. Subject to Globe Fair Use Policy, your internet service has been temporarily deactivated and will resume tomorrow. This promo is intended for moderate use. For heavy browsing, please upgrade to out Tattoo Postpaid plans.”
So, its not unlimited after all. It is fraudulent. Unlimited only for moderate users. Unlimited only for those they know has very low limits of usage. Incongruous. Not exactly the concept of a buffet. It's like a buffet where you are limited to just a few number of viands - not exactly the eat-all-you-can- until-you-surrender concept and stop eating voluntarily. Here, the service volunteers for you to stop.
Fair Use Policy? What about those who do not even reach a moderate usage. Do they extend the expiry. Globe should instead have a Fair CHARGE Policy . . .and TRUTH IN ADVERTISING POLICY. Nowhere in all the promo will you see, hear, touch or smell about th1GB limit of usage.
To all who are considering subscribing to Supersurf50, THINK AGAIN.
I agree... it has a limit... it's not what they tell us it is... even if you've just used it for 2-3 hours... as long as you've reached 1gb it will automatically be disconnected... this promo sucks!!!
