In the list released by Google, the information included are the following: the number of monthly unique visitors, pageviews, reach, and whether or not the website caters advertisements.
As can be gleaned from the list, Google is not included (still i believe they are still the number 1). There could be a large margin if they included their website!
Other search engines like Yahoo(#2), Bing (#13), and Ask(#20) are on the Top 20 spot.
Facebook - a social network, made it to be at the top in the list of 1000 sites. What a traffic!
Surprising to note also are the blogs that have been included in the Top 1000 sites. They are:
* #246 – The Huffington Post – 12 million Uniques
* #434 – Engadget – 8,1 Million Uniques
* #540 – Gizmodo – 6.7 Million Uniques
* #696 – Mashable – 5.6 Million Uniques
* #850 – TechCrunch – 4.7 Million Uniques
What a fame to be included in the Top 1000 sites in the internet. Not to mention, what a money keep flowing towards their sites or blogs.
I'm dreaming someday, even not being recognized to be at the Top 1000 website or weblogs, that this blog could even reach the top 300, 000 in terms of Alexa Rank.
