DL Banned Tuskarr and Phoenix from SIG and VIP games

Dota-League(DL) has made it clear to all Dota-League users about some changes for the SIG(Single Instant Game) and VIP rules. Based on the new rules, the newly released heroes in Dota 6.70 - Tuskarr and Phoenix, are hereby banned and may no longer be used in the games.

Before this ban for Tuskarr and Phoenix in DL, a lot of discussions were being made just to come up with the final decision. And now, it's official! Heroes Tuskarr and Phoenix are banned in SIG/VIP games.

Take a loot at the excerpt from the Dota-League Rules:

Tuskarr and Phoenix are banned from VIP/SIG Games. You are NOT allowed to pick Tuskarr or Phoenix, if you do so, the game will be closed and you will receive -10 (marked as leaver). If you are randomly assigned with Tuskarr or Phoenix the game must be remade with the original mode. You are not allowed to pick Tuskarr or Phoenix in SD or RD games either, you will receive a penalty (close and -10) if you do so.
