Typhoon Chedeng Update (5pm, March 25, 2011)

Here's the Typhoon Chedeng update issued by PAGASA at 5:00 p.m., March 25, 2011.
At 4:00 p.m. today, Typhoon "CHEDENG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 310 km East Catarman, Northern Samar (12.8°N, 127.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 15 kph.
With the latest Tropical Cyclone Update, Typhoon "CHEDENG" has accelerated as it maintained its strength and strong to gale force winds are expected to affect the Eastern seaboard of Mindanao.
