Let's Help Mindanao! - Bloggers Please Spread the Word

Help Mindanao campaign poster
In our contemporary time, the power of social media is incredible in spreading rumors and exposing the truth. With the current situation in Mindanao - Cagayan De Oro City and Iligan City, Philippines, let us use social media to spread the news to the whole world and informing those kind-hearted people on how they can help the people in Mindanao.

As of today, the death toll has surpassed 600 mark and many more lives are in great danger. As one of the bloggers in the Philippines, I'm also encouraging those bloggers to blog about Mindanao and inform every Filipinos here and abroad on what are the ways on which they can extend their help to the people who suffered from the flash floods brought about by Tropical Storm Sendong.

One of the bloggers (Ruby Ricafrente), posted this message on her FB wall:
To all bloggers and social media active people, I encourage you to blog and share about Cagayan de Oro City and Iligan City. We need help. Our casualties has surpassed the 500 death toll. We have 30K people in evacuation centers. Please spread the word. Thank you so much!!!!!
Let's do the same. Let us be agents in permeating the message that our "kababayans" in Mindanao (Cagayan de Oro City and Iligan City) need our help. Let's shout to the whole blogosphere, that we should join our hands in order to help Mindanao.
