Wii Fit | Nintendo Wii Fit - Staying Fit as Gamers

Kill boredom, burn fats, staying fit, alive and kicking with Nintendo Wii Fit. You will really have fun with Wii Fit. This new gaming console targets not only the game addicts but also the young and the elders.
Wii Fit is a video game developed by Nintendo  for the Wii console. It is an exercise game consisting of activities using the Wii Balance Board peripheral. Wii Fit is currently the third best selling console game in history (among games not packaged with a console) with 22.61 million copies sold as of May 2010.

Wii Fit uses a unique platform peripheral called the Wii Balance Board, allowing the software to, among other uses, calculate body mass index (BMI) when told the user's height. The game has over 40 different activities, including yoga poses, push ups, and other exercises. Furthermore, Wii Fit allows its players to take body tests and compare their results without the game disc by installing the game's own "Wii Fit Channel" to the Wii.
