You might not take them seriously when they say that the sun burns might affect your skin, but it's true. It's not tanning; it's destroying skin cells if you don't take care! The UV rays have the potential to harm the skin cells so much that it may take up to 6 months for the body to repair the cells. So, it's advisable to wear the sun block creams to protect your skin.
