Blogging under the heat of the sun

While on our camping here in Mati, Davao Oriental during the Provincial Scout Jamborette, i bring with me my laptop and Globe Tattoo Broadband USB modem so that on my vacant time i can surf through the net and update my blog.

For a span of week, we will be staying here in this camp site. Our camp is made mostly of tents, that in the hot afternoon, i can feel the the radiation of the sun penetrating inside our camp.

To kill the time, and make my stay fruitful, i made it a point that i can publish post out of our scouting activities. I instructed my scouts to bring their webcam or mp5 so that they can take pictures on their activity.

The scouts want their pictures be posted on the internet so i posted some of them. I encouraged them to take as many pictures they can because those pictures will be used in making movie out of the participation they have in this scouting. They told me also not to delete the pictures i've posted in my blog so that when they reach college, they can still view their pictures taken while they are in high school.

I realized then that blog can be a useful tool in posting your pics or articles which will be needed in future time. Photos on albums may fade, but pictures uploaded on website or blog will retain its quality.
